2012 Registration Form

Spring 2012 Leagues Begin April 9, 2012 Weather Permitting!!

League Fees Paid by End of Week 1: 4's-$160, 6's-$240

League Fees paid after Week 1: 4's-$170, 6's-$255

Note that Captains are Responsible for team league fees.

Leagues will not be cancelled due to Rain! We will cancel due to Lightening or Heavy Storms! No Decisions to cancel will be made prior to 6:00 P.M. Note we will only be contacting Team Captains for Cancellations, please contact your Captain to see if Leagues are Cancelled!!!

Any Players looking for a team please e-mail Mark your preferred nights, level of play, league (i.e. coed 4's, coed 6's, etc.), e-mail address and phone number!
